On the fence : 어떤 것을 결정할수 없는.
뒤에 about을 붙여 어떤거에 대해 아직 고민중이야 라고 표현할때 쓰여요. 자주 쓰는 표현이니 기억해두세요.
Sitting 이랑 같이 Sitting on the fence 어떤 거에 대해 결정할수 없는 중립적인 상태나 입장을 나타내기도 해요.
예문)
I am still on the fence.
I am still on the fence about whether to buy a house ir not.
I am on the fence about what to eat.
I was on the fence about buying a new car.
Don’t sit on the fence like that.
